SSL on one port and non-SSL on another port — Vertica Forum

SSL on one port and non-SSL on another port

It seems like Enable SSL will enforce SSL on the whole database. Other databases allow SSL traffic on one port and non-SSL on another. Is that not available with Vertica?

Is the JVM option only way to send truststore and password for the connection? A connection property would be ideal avoiding enforcing truststore and password for the whole JVM.
