DBLink to other DB

Hi All,

 

Newbie in Vertica, sorry for asking basic question

 

 My company is going to implement using Vertica DB for ODS data (Operational Data Store).

 

Currently our ODS data is using Oracle and it has DBlink to CRM Mirror DB and other source system DB.

 

If my future ODS data is using Vertica;

how can i access other tables on CRM Mirrror / others DB which currently using dblink.

 

please advise.

Hi!

 

 

Vertica so far don't have DBlink to external DB except other instance of Vertica.

Check UDX and extentions.
