Hello, thank your for your reply but I could not find any section on myvertica.com to submit a new support ticket to HPE Vertica technical support team. I have only found in Support section a reference to Vertica technical support by phone
Do you refer to go to the HPE Software Support Onlinehttps://softwaresupport.hpe.com/Dashboard > Service Request > Submit New ?

I don`t work for HP but i am customer of them, i normaly open cass with support via email and depending on how critical the case is they call me. The email we use to open cases is [email protected]

I am trying to reach my Channel Sales Manager in my area because in case when I click on support section in myvertica.com I dont see your page to create and submit new cases.
