Restore !!!

Hello !

 

How do I restore a database on another server, is it possible? If I lose my server how do I restore the databases on a new server with the same name and IP? I did some tests and I did not succeed.

What's the Vertica version ?

did you try running a copycluster. if the new cluster is of exactly the same topology (in terms of Number of Nodes). you can just run a simple copycluster task.
