[Vertica][VJDBC](2656) ERROR: Column user_libraries.ischecksumvalid does not exist

We are getting this error after upgrading from Vertica 7.1.x to 7.2.x/8.0.x when running following query:

select * from user_libraries;

Upgrade process also gets some errors when starting up database first time:

    Vertica version upgrade detected. Running package upgrade tasks.
    Running upgrade hooks

Upgrading (re-installing) extension packages:
Package: idol
Installing idol
Failure: unable to install idol package
...

The same happens on every package.

Anyone else had situation like this?
