I read about other database system cluster architecture
I know that MonogDB has master-slave architecture or Cassandra has peer to peer architecture.
I don't find any resource about Vertica architecture ...
Is that master slave ? or peer to peer or ... ?

Hi, and welcome to the board. May I humbly suggest a beginner Vertica course? It will answer the question you posted and what I can anticipate a whole lot more that you will have as you get to use and know the product. Check out:

I don't know your location and we're offering an Instructor Led version of Vertica Essentials in Cambridge July 18 - July 21. It's brand new and I don't think it's even on the calendar yet.
