Can you let me know what license is used for the JDBC driver? We need to confirm if we can embed the driver in out application or need to make customers download it themselves.

As a partner you are allowed to bundle our drivers in the application or tool. However, it is always good to ask the customer to download the latest driver from https://my.vertica.com/download/vertica/client-drivers/
In this way the customer can use the latest driver.
