How to write MERGE in Vertica

Hello,

Vertica.com is down. I have been trying to access it for the past 2 days. Does anyone know how to write a MERGE in VERTICA? I would check the knowledge base, but as I said its down.

Any help would be appreciated.

As I said Vertica.com is down. I cannot view anything. Have a look for yourself.

Maybe a firewall issue? See if you can ping my.vertica.com from a command line...

Here is what I see:
