Management Console - Authentication failed. Bad Credentials.

Hello,
I activate LDAP Authentication on Management Console. The configuration seems good beause i have a validation. I create Users in User management and i always have a validation for my user.
But when I test to connect with this user on the MC, i have an error message: Authentication failed. Bad Credentials.
In audit log, i have this message: Log in to MC - failed
Have you an idea where is the problem? Thank you for your help
