Looking for Vertica Native Binary Conversion to CSV, JSON, AVRO, etc...

Good morning,

Does anyone have any code/program that can take a Vertica Native Binary File and convert it into another format? It's a bit of a long story but the machine only has access to vertica client tools but not vertica itself. The vertica native binary files are generated from a program that I can't touch but I need to fork some of the data into another process before it leaves the machine and is sent to vertica.
