In one of the node, free catalog space is 6%. Could you please suggest how to increase it .

Check out this thread https://forum.vertica.com/discussion/239150/exporting-a-large-table-fails-due-to-lack-of-space-on-the-catalog-volume-on-the-target#latest and see whether DATA is consuming space there. Migrate DATA to a different volume. Otherwise migrate to a different larger volume if EBS or cluster if ephemeral.
