Windows ODBC Dirver connection Docs missing

Hello folks,

Now I am trying conduct a machine learning analysis with Vertica, however I am failing to connect the target database via ODBC driver on my Windows laptop.

After searching the official document, both of the useful links are unavailable now.

Anyone from Micro Focus can help on this?
