Update Management Console Vertica IP to other node without loosing the messages & logs

How do I update the management console Vertica IP with a new node IP in the same database? I tried removing the old cluster and re-import with a new node IP, all messages in messages center will be deleted, i want all messages and logs remain intact. Even i tried update the old cluster API Key with new a node APIkey from MC Infrastructure page, the MC will prompt "Invalid Key or connection. Try again"

I found the solutions, remove the vertica package in the old node, follow by restart the Vertica-consoled.service. Then, you reconnect back the Management Console and login, the vertica IP under Recent Databases will be auto update to one of the live node IP.
