This issue's description is the following,
Storage and Access Layer
A node crash after a DML may leave index files (.pidx files) under storage locations if the background reaper service didn't get an opportunity clean them.

Do anyone know workaround?
When this issue occured, how do i recover from this?
i can't find pidx file on my vertica server. Where are these?
