Cannot access Management Console

Hello, I have tried accessing our Vertica MC using ipaddress:8099/webui but the webpage says "This page isn’t working".
I changed the monitoring port to 8088 and the console port to 8099 because i was told that the default ports were already used.

PLease see attached file for my console's log.

Setup:
1 Node
Management console is also installed in the Node

    Additional, Already included the console port in the inbound rule of our aws security group
