replication from postgres to vertica

Are there tools or methods to support continuous replication of a table from postgres into vertica? Streaming or batched is fine, but we have a table that needs to stay in postgres, but will change after the initial COPY into vertica.

Mostly all the tools that support Postgres as source will be able to support continuous replication with Vertica.
