High utilization of /var/vertica directory
Hi all,
I have a 4 node setup for Vertica 7.2.3 and my cluster is already at a compliance of 114%.
My /var/vertica directory is also hovering around the 90% (each node having 5TB of disk space for /var/vertica).
May I know as to how I can reduce the used space of the directory? I have checked the DB for long running queries and have cleared them.

Check delete_vectors table for deleted data that has not yet been purged. If any delete vectors are present, run SELECT PURGE(); to remove them.
If that isn't enough, check whether there are any backups stored in the data folder, and delete old backups.
Running DataBase Designer again will improve compression and reduce size, but you'll need enough space to create a new projection before dropping the old one.
