Requests to subclusters vs primary

In Eon Mode, how do you determine which request is attributed to the subcluster, and which should be left to the primary? Is there an algorithm for calculating the required number of computer nodes?

    That depends on which node is the initiator and which subcluster the initiator belongs to.
