Vertica backup with data compresion

Hello,
Is it possible, with V9.3.1., to perform a Vertica database backup with data compression to reduce the usage of disk space?

    @akissay , Vertica compresses and encode data to reduce storage space, so there is no need to compress while doing a backup.
