When using 'copyclustet' vbr script, does it lock down the Vertica tables?

I have 3 different stand-alone Vertica servers (not in a cluster configuration).
I've configured it to copy the whole DB from serve 1 to both servers 2 & 3 and I'm wondering if the DB is being locked during the 'copy cluster' script is running.
