Hi,
Assume that if an organisation purchases an Entrerprise Edition license of Vertica (be it term based or size based), can they use the same license across different cluster setups? Or would they need an individual license for each cluster they want to have?

You can use the same license key across clusters, but the sum total usage across the clusters can't exceed the license size. You will have to manage that yourself.

A better option to avoid overages which could be costly later on, is to have us cut separate keys for you, one for each DB (cluster).

Your sales rep can assisit with that!
