"No transaction in progress" message occured in error_messages table frequently..
why is the message occured??

    As mentioned in the other thread, a COMMIT statement suppose to end a transaction and to make all changes that occurred during the transaction permanent and visible to other users.
    When DML statement fails, or when no transaction start before the COMMIT, the lonely COMMIT statement 'Cannot commit' because there is 'no transaction in progress'.
