Sample DBs available?

I'd like to load a large DB for a quick test. What's the largest DB feasible for the CE VMWare image, with default settings? Is there a sample DB with over 100m rows we can test with, along with recommended VM settings?

The limitation is on the CE license. You get 1 TB of raw data on up to three nodes.
