Vertica rpm contains non-stripped binaries

Hi,
Just checked recent vertica rpm 12.0.4-18.
libverticaodbc.so is 165MB! Stripping this file bring size down to 50MB. Still, can you ask dev team, why relatively simple ODBC driver is in file with size bloated that much.
vsql comes out of rpm as 11MB, stripping put it down to 5MB.
Can you ask build team, why binaries and libraries are not stripped - it increase distribution size at least 3 times.
