MC Failed Query Emails

MC is sending me emails with "Threshold : Failed Query Number > 10", but I can't find the reason, and error_messages is empty.
MC "Activity"->"Failed Queries" tab shows the SQL, but doesn't tell me why, giving the message "Could not find rejection details per node.".
SQL is called from a script running on all vertica clusters but only errors on this one cluster.
