How to connect to Vertica from OAC

I am trying to connect Oracle analytics cloud to Vertica database hosted on Oracle cloud infra VM.

OAC and vertica are in shared tenancy and different compartments. there is a connection allowed through VCN's.

How do i upload drivers to OAC?

Need some help on this.
