"License installed with at least partial success" .. what does "at least partial" mean?

After updating the enterprise license key in Vertica admintools, I get the message License installed with at least partial success. Is "at least partial" just modest understatement or is there something else to do or verify?

When I run SELECT DISPLAY_LICENSE(); the result shows the dates for the new and prior licenses, so it seems ok otherwise.

please try to uninstall new license and try to install using install_license and see if it helps
