How best to deal with mergeout queue bloat in Vertica

Hi,
Seeing data loads failing from mergeout health check.

I can see what mergeouts are running, but cannot see mergeout queue.

Q: How to find current mergeout queue size (my understanding it is per node)
Q: How to find what is in mergeout queue, and for how long.

So far only recommendation I found how to deal with mergeout queue bloat - increase parameter MergeoutBlockParameter to raise threshold for health check. Suggest to raise parameter until you will not see blocked transactions from health check actually defeat whole purpose of it.
