How do you rename a Vertica database?

I skimmed the Admin guide here: https://my.vertica.com/docs/6.1.x/PDF/HP_Vertica_6.1.x_AdminGuide.pdf but could not find any information on how to rename a Vertica database. Is it possible?

    Hi Nicholas,

     There is no documented process as of yet around renaming a database.I wasn't able to locate a process for renaming a database in 6.x.x. Since its a trivial proceess so it comes along with some risk as the catalog needs to be altered Also as the database name is included in the various paths on each node so this requires updating several fields in the catalog(in addition to renaming directories on all nodes and a couple of files that would be hand-edited).
