At the moment, 6.1.x download page hangs

I am trying to download Windows drivers (tried both client package 64/32 and Individual driver 64) at 
https://my.vertica.com/hp-vertica-enterprise-edition-software-downloads-6-1-x/

After agreeing to Terms, I clicked on the "Download", then the page hangs and eventually times out.

The final page: https://my.vertica.com/hp-vertica-download-confirmation/ says

Error!

There appears to be an error in your request.

Please contact your account representative or create a Support Case
