Vertica Pulse: String index out of range

Hi All,

 

I'm getting the below error when I'm running Vertica pulse. It would be great if someone can assist me here.

 

ERROR 3399:  Failure in UDx RPC call InvokeProcessPartition(): Error in User Defined Object [SentimentAnalysis], error code: 0
String index out of range: -1

    I recommend that you file a support case for this. When you do, please provide the following information:

     

    • How the UDx was called
    • What parameters were used and on what text
