Can I write External Procedures using C#? 

I have read the documentation and it gave an example with Unix Script. But can we use C# for it?

 

My Vertica is installed on Unix Server.

    Hi,

     

    To run a C# program, the .NET framework must be installed on the machine. So I have to say no - its not possible to create an external procedure in Vertica that will invoke a C# program.
