How to Reset Management Console login password ?

Hi

I forgot the for mc login. Attached is the screenshot here with. I know the username but it could not recognize the password. I wonder If any could help me for resetting the password for management console login

    Hi UJJWAL_RANA, 

     

    Typically, the MC Admin account are the only accounts that can reset other users' passwords. 

    Unfortunately, we do not support resetting an MC password from outside the MC. If there is another admin account, it would be able to reset the password. Otherwise, you would need to reset the MC through a reinstallation.
