Vertica 7.2 One or more nodes did not open a data connection to this node

Hello,
I have cluster of 3 node.
I'm trying to replace one node, it's work fine before
but now I have :

- > "One or more nodes did not open a data connection to this node. This may indicate a network configuration problem. Check that the private interfaces used for communication among the cluster hosts reside in the same subnet and are returned first by host address lookup" issue

and replace so slow (64kb/s)
all nodes ssh and resolve work fine...
Can't undestand why so slow ...
