Setting UP IP Address in Vertica Comuninty Edition.

I installed vertica vmware community edition 8.0.  I installed vertica odbc driver in my laptop. I want connect Vertica Database through my ODBC driver. I am trying to create DSN for the connection. In DSN, I need to give either server name or IP address.  But when i see IP address in communinity edition through "ifconfig" command I am getting the output like below.

I want to change the IP to connect the vertica database through ODBC driver. How to change the IP address?  What is the procedure to change the IP to connect the Vertica DB outside of communiity edition.
