Using IsolationForest R package with Vertica but not available in CRAN? — Vertica Forum

Using IsolationForest R package with Vertica but not available in CRAN?

Has anyone tried implementing an IsolationForeset R package on RHEL7.2 to use in conjunction with Vertica? It doesn't appear there is an IsolationForest package in CRAN so the other option is to download a version from Github, SourceForge or RForge. Any recommendations?

Additonal note: when we tried to install, we got this error:

    install.packages("Isolation Forest",dependencies = TRUE)

    Warning message:
package ‘IsolationForest’ is not available (for R version 3.2.5)
