  On that URL https://www.vertica.com/download/vertica/community-edition/ ONLY version 9.3 is proposed.
  WE CANNOT download any rpms for Version 9.2, nor the console nor the r-language package.
  I cannot download the needed R-lang pack for Vertica 9.2.1.

  Hi Ivan, I think you need to have support access if you need previous versions. With the community edition you only have access to the latest available version.
