vertica license has expired how can i get my data

Community Edition User

Hello,
Our institution's vertica license has expired, but we needed historical data. When I connect to vsql, I get a connection refuse warning. How can we access the data?

Since Vertica stores data internally in proprietary ROS format, it's necessary to export data to another DBMS or to open-format files (CSV, Parquet, etc.) when discontinuing Vertica. Please contact your previous account or support representative to see if a short-term arrangement can be made to get data out of Vertica.
