Language does not exist: plvsql

Hi,

It seems that by default this language is not "set"/"added".
How to proceed ?
I am using vertica 11.0.

    Stored Procedures were introduced in Version 11. And, at the time, only PLpgSQL was accepted. PLvSQL was only added with Version 12. The effect on the language remained the same, however, and, for a while, both possibilities co-existed.
