Increase k-safety from adminTools

Initially I have two nodes, so I have k-safety as 0. Then I installed vertica on third node and added it to database use admin tools (./adminTools -t db_add_node -s node3 -d VMart). Now, how can I set k-safety value to 1 from command line using adminTools? I tried rebalance_data but it did not work out.
