vertica 7.1 installation failed and come up with error that "Error running /opt/vertica/share/binlib

I am installing vertica 7.1 and come up with the following errors about get disks. how can I slove it? thank you in advance.

WARN (S0170): https://my.vertica.com/docs/7.1.x/HTML/index.htm#cshid=S0170        lvscan (LVM utility) indicates some active volumes.
 FAIL (U0001): https://my.vertica.com/docs/7.1.x/HTML/index.htm#cshid=U0001
 Error running /opt/vertica/share/binlib/read/get-disks

    Can you send the output of df -k?
    It should tell whether you are using LVMs.
